Mallorca offers beautiful locations for this kind of photography, especially in the evening, when the light becomes softer and more natural.
Whether you live in Mallorca, are visiting on holiday, are expecting a baby, or your children are already growing up, this session is for you if you feel that this chapter of your family's story deserves to be remembered.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Every family is different, and that's exactly how I approach my sessions.
Before the session:
Before your session, I'll send you a welcome guide with advice on what to wear, location suggestions, and a few helpful tips that will make everything feel much more natural on the day.
I usually recommend scheduling sessions around sunset, when the light is softer and more flattering. However, after working with many visiting families over the years, I've learned something important: children from different countries often have very different routines, especially in summer, when the sun sets very late in Mallorca.
That's why, although sunset is often my first choice, we'll always adapt the session to what works best for your family. If your children are happier in the morning, we can absolutely arrange a morning session instead. We'll simply choose the right location and look for areas with shade to make sure we still have beautiful light.
During the session:
If you're bringing little ones, we'll spend a lot of time playing.
We'll let them explore, run, cuddle, get upset, laugh, get distracted, or simply be themselves. We won't ask them to look at the camera or smile all the time, because years from now you'll probably want to remember who they really were... not who we asked them to be.
Sometimes I'll even put the camera down for a few minutes to look for ants with them or blow bubbles together. And honestly, that's often when the best photographs happen—when they stop thinking about being photographed.
And if you're adults or your children are already older, don't worry: the session won't be about posing all the time either. My goal is for you to move, talk, walk, and simply enjoy being together naturally.
